WINDEREN STIRRUP

Are you a keen horse rider, but concerned about serious injuries? It’s time for an innovation implemented by us in cooperation with the brand Winderen. Often the impulse to create an innovative product is passion, and it is people with passion who create Winderen. They noticed the problem of injuries when horse riding, especially when jumping over fences, where the load on the joints is enormous. That’s why they asked us to design stirrups with absorbers to relieve the load on joints. After many experiments, we prepared the design brief together. Our goal was to find a solution to the problem of injury and comfort of use. We brought together our theoretical expertise to create a functional solution.
The final result was an innovative stirrup with an adjustable foot pad angle that eliminates loads during riding. Its dynamic form reflects the character of this sport. The shape also clearly indicates the correct direction for placing the foot in the stirrup.
